Where strategy becomes an operating system
You need the structure, ownership, workflows, and follow-through that move a good idea into consistent performance. THI closes the gap between knowing what should happen and building the operation that makes it happen.
Turn an early concept into a clear operating model with defined workflows, roles, accountability, launch priorities, and measures of success.
Find the bottlenecks, clarify ownership, close execution gaps, and create the rhythm your team needs to perform with confidence.
Build repeatable systems, reporting, training, and operational discipline so growth does not create more fragility than progress.
Built for leaders responsible for results
The environment may change. The need for structure, accountability, and disciplined execution does not.
Healthcare
For practices, facilities, care management teams, and healthcare organizations building or strengthening programs, workflows, quality, compliance, and operational performance.
Beyond healthcare
For service-based organizations and growing teams that need clearer processes, better accountability, stronger program management, and sustainable execution.
Next pillar
THI is developing a community-focused pillar that will apply operational discipline to initiatives serving people where meaningful support is needed most.
Proof of execution
Kelssie started in healthcare at 19 in a local doctor’s office. Now, at 35, she brings more than 16 years of experience across frontline care and operations, including four years leading chronic care operations.
Her experience includes building a chronic care program from inception to 2,400 patients with proven operational success. That firsthand perspective shapes how THI approaches every engagement: practical, structured, and close enough to execution to make the strategy real.
“Good programs do not grow on intention alone. They grow on structure, accountability, and execution.”
The THI method
Every engagement moves from clear direction to operational design to accountable implementation, without leaving your team with a binder and no path forward.
Clarify the goal, surface friction, define success, and identify what is helping or blocking performance.
Design the workflows, roles, tools, governance, training, and reporting the program or organization needs.
Support implementation, establish accountability, monitor progress, and refine the operation as reality reveals what needs attention.
Meet the woman behind THI
I’m Kelssie Treas, President and Founder of Treas Healthcare Innovations. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, program management, workforce development, compliance, workflow design, and quality improvement.
I founded THI to help healthcare and business organizations turn strong ideas into structured, sustainable programs with clarity, accountability, and disciplined execution.
Away from the work, my husband, Danny, and I are raising four children, ages 19 to 6, all involved in multiple competitive sports. Marriage, motherhood, leadership, and entrepreneurship shape how I serve, solve problems, and lead.
Before you ask
Clear expectations create stronger partnerships and better operational outcomes.
THI works alongside your leadership team to add operational structure, focused program ownership, and execution capacity. The goal is to strengthen the people already closest to the work, not create unnecessary layers.
Yes. While Kelssie’s deepest experience is in healthcare, the core disciplines THI applies, including workflow design, accountability, program management, reporting, training, and execution, translate across service-based organizations.
It can be. An engagement can begin with a focused operational priority, a program assessment, or a specific build. The scope should be clear enough to create a meaningful result without forcing change your organization cannot yet support.
THI is built to connect strategy with operations. The exact balance depends on your needs, but recommendations are designed with implementation reality in mind, including ownership, timing, decision rights, and the systems required to sustain the work.
The next pillar: community
THI is expanding toward community-targeted operations because meaningful impact also depends on structure. The next pillar will bring the same clarity, organization, and follow-through to initiatives designed to help people where support is needed most.
